If extenuating circumstances prevent us from honoring your hours purchased beyond the guaranteed 30 days, the remaining hours will be adjusted to reflect the relevant pricing. As an alternative, you may choose to have your remaining unused balance to be refunded to Affirm based on the Affirm Terms and Conditions.
